Here is your chance to get a very rarely seen and very early 1960's collectable Japanese made wooden case multi-band portable, the JVC Nivico "7 band deluxe" 9 transistor radio model 9H-701. This radio has been tested and is found in working condition, with good volume and and good sound. The radio has been well looked after and is in good condition as the photos show. This JVC radio is the only one I have ever seen and I can not find any reference to this model on the internet and therefore must be considered rare. This radio works on batteries 6 D cells (9 volt) or an external power supply via a socket on the side of the radio. This quality made multi-band radio has many features, some which include 7 band coverage: MW 535-1605Khz, SW1 3.0-6.5Mhz, SW2 7.0-10Mhz, SW3 11.6-12.1Mhz, SW4 14.9-15.7Mhz, SW5 17.4-18.3 Mhz. SW6 21.2-22.3Mhz. Don't miss the chance to get this very collectable multi-band radio. Check out sellers other items for more multi-band and transistor radios I have listed for sale. Australian buyers can pay via Bank deposit (preferred) or money order, or Paypal. Due to past payment problems with a few bidders, prompt payment is required within 3 days, so please don't bid unless you intend to buy. I will not be responsible for items lost in the post and registered post will be offered as an option. Items are always packed very well. Overseas buyers must pay via Paypal only. Bidders are asked to please study both pictures and items description carefully and to please email me with any questions. I believe in being honest and try to describe items to the best of my ability. Sorry, no buyers remorse. All sales are considered final. As this is second hand vintage electronics I can offer no guarantee as to the items continued operation.
