I will try to describe this item the best that I can. I know nothing about it. All meters and lights seem to work. All lettering is very visible. All tuning knobs seem to turn freely. I can hear noise in the speaker when changing the frequency. I have no attenna so I have no way to truely check this item. It comes with Realistic SP-150 speaker. Radio and speaker have light rust spots as seen in photos. Sold as is for parts. NO RESERVE!
