First off, let me say that this is not for a cell phone. This is a calling/phone card to use with your home phone to call anywhere in the U.S. We used 1100 minutes of this card before we switched our phone service and no longer need it. It does NOT expire. The card is issued by MCI, but we had ATT and just dialed the number on the back of the card and when prompted, entered the included pin # (on the back of the card). 900 minutes remaining (that's 15 hours)! Whenever you make a call using this card, the remaining minutes are announced. I can email the numbers on the back of the card upon receipt of payment, so you can use it immediately and mail you the card.
