Used--practically new. Bought from eBay 1 month ago, never used myself but used by previous owner. Includes manual, scanner, belt clip, USB cable, power supply, RCA cable, and bonus extended antenna. Original box NOT included even though it's shown in picture. Can pick up lots of frequencies, including police/fire/ambulance/FM/AM/air/marine/CB/GMRS/FMS and more.
