Hi and thanks for viewing my item ! This item I know very little about this Vintage item but will give what info I can . It says on front of fold down lid that gives access to the inside : U.S. Army - Signal Corps Frequency meter BC-221- Q . 125 -- 20,000 Kilocycles . It has several knobs as shown in photos which are Gain knob , Freq band high / low , Crstal operate off / check and a Corrector knob . The center dial has 0 -- 90 on it and a small dial window that says above it Dial Units . It has two (2) headphone jacks in front in control area . It has a compartment for headphone but is empty . It has in the fold down access cover a Calbration book that also gives instructions . The outside case has a carry handle . The outside of the case is scratched up and there is a cord about 6 inches long and what it is for I dont know , it could be a power cord . I have to offer this item " as is" & Un-tested .
